Explanation:
The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) service cannot start. The system is probably out of memory, or the registry might be corrupted.
User Action:
Restart your computer, and then try again. Run Jetpack on the database. If you continue to receive this message, remove and reinstall DHCP by using the Network and Dial-up Connections option in Control Panel.
