Explanation:
The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) service cannot start. The system is probably out of memory, or the registry might be corrupted.
User Action:
Restart your computer, and then try again. If you continue to receive this message, remove and reinstall the Wsock32.dll and try again. Also, remove and reinstall DHCP by using the Network and Dial-up Connections option in Control Panel.
