  • Cache\ Copy Read Hits %

  • Cache\ Lazy Write Pages/sec

  • Cache\ Lazy Write Flushes/sec

  • Cache\ Read Aheads/sec

  • PhysicalDisk\ Disk Reads/sec

  • PhysicalDisk\ Disk Writes/sec
