Explanation:
To have DNS automatically create a zone file, you must enter the correct domain name.
User Action:
Verify that the correct domain name has been entered in the TCP/IP Properties dialog box: 1. Open Control Panel, and double-click Network. 2. Click the Protocols tab, and click TCP/IP Protocol in the Network Protocols list. 3. Click Properties, and click the DNS tab. 4. Verify that the host name and domain name appear correctly in the DNS dialog box. Also, verify that the IP address of the DNS server(s) has been entered in the DNS Service Search Order list.
