Explanation:
The network adapter with this network address has not been leased a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) address by the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server. Possibly the computer is not connected to the network, or the adapter is not configured correctly. Or there might be no DHCP server on this network.
User Action:
Make sure that the computer is physically connected to the network and that the network adapter is correctly configured. If you confirm both of these, check with the network administrator to make sure that there is a DHCP server and that it is currently running the DHCP service.
