Explanation:
All zone files listed under a domain server must have a Start of Authority (SOA) record to indicate that the domain server is authoritative for those zones. Search all DNS zone files for a missing SOA record.
User Action:
Search the DNS zone files: 1. In DNS Manager, double-click the zone files in the left pane. 2. Verify that each zone file has an associated SOA record by viewing the zone record types displayed in the right pane. 3. If an SOA record is missing, recreate it using DNS Manager. 4. If an SOA record was added, click DNS in the menu bar and then click Update Server Data Files.
