Managing updates

As a security best practice, we strongly recommend that you always install the latest updates for the Windows Server 2008 operating system, Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway, and other components installed by Forefront TMG, including Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005 and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Run Microsoft Update to make sure that you have all of the latest updates installed.

We also recommend that you analyze system security periodically, using Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA). You can download MBSA at the Microsoft TechNet Web site.
