Change data capture
FILESTREAM and FileTable
Note: Full-Text indexes are synchronized with AlwaysOn secondary databases.
Remote Blob Store (RBS)
Utilize read only secondary replicas as a reporting data source and reduce the load on your primary read-write replica.
