Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 setup cannot continue because System Center Operations Manager 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is required on this computer.

Exchange 2010 monitoring role setup requires that Operations Manager 2007 SP1 be installed.

To resolve this issue, install Operations Manager 2007 SP1 from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=129141, and then rerun Exchange 2010 setup.
