MDM Self Service Portal Software Requirements

For MDM Self Service Portal to function correctly, the system and network configuration must meet the conditions listed in this section.

Web Client Prerequisites

Users must have the following software installed and configured in order to access the MDM Self Service Portal:

  • Internet Explorer 6 with the latest service pack, or Internet Explorer 7
  • JavaScript enabled in Internet Explorer
  • Cookies enabled in Internet Explorer
  • MDM Self Service Portal site is included in the Trusted sites Web content zone in Internet Explorer

MDM Self Service Portal Prerequisites

  • 64-bit versions of Windows Server 2003 SP2 or a later version
  • Windows Server 2003 or a later version of Windows Server-based operating system native domains
  • Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0
  • ASP.NET 2.0
  • .NET Framework 2.0 SP1
  • Windows PowerShell 1.0
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Installer 3.1
  • Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager (MDM) 2008 Service Pack 1
