As of the October 2009 release of the SQL Server Management Pack package, agentless monitoring is no longer supported. This change was made to allow full support of monitoring for clustered resources.
You may need to customize your management pack. Certain accounts cannot be run in a low-privilege environment or must have minimum permissions.
