These instructions are relevant for Whale Communications Intelligent Application Gateway (IAG) 2007 trunks that include both the Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access 2003 and the Microsoft Outlook Web Access 2003 applications, where both applications use the same Exchange server.

In this case, make sure that the Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access 2003 application precedes the Microsoft Outlook Web Access 2003 application in the list of applications in the Applications area of the main window of the IAG Configuration console.
