How to Change the Project Directory for a Web Content Project

This topic provides instructions about how to change the project directory in a Web content project. You change the project directory to specify a different source directory that contains the files that you want to stage.

To change the project directory in a Web content project

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and the click Commerce Server Staging.

  2. In Microsoft Management Console (MMC), in the left pane, expand Commerce Server Staging, expand <server name>, and then click Projects.

  3. In the right pane, right-click the project that you want to change, and then click Properties.

  4. In the Project Properties dialog box, on the Project tab, in the Project directory box, type the path of the new directory or click Browse to move to the directory, and then click OK.
