Managing Campaigns

A campaign uses different types of communication vehicles such as advertisements, discounts, and direct mail to accomplish a specific result such as increasing marketing share, introducing new products, or retaining existing customers. For example, you can create seasonal sales campaigns, new product campaigns, and customer appreciation campaigns.

Campaigns let you deliver targeted content on the Web sites. You can also analyze your campaigns. Analyzing your campaigns lets you make decisions about pricing, targeting content, and other aspects of your business. After you analyze your customer data, you can update your site to better target your customers. You use Marketing Manager to create and manage your campaigns.
