How to Copy Direct Mail

This topic describes how to copy a direct mail item.

To copy a direct mail item

  1. To open Marketing Manager, click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Marketing Manager.

  2. In Marketing Manager, in the Views pane, click Campaigns.

  3. In the Tree View pane, click All Direct Mail.

  4. In the Search Results pane, right-click the direct mail item that you want to copy, and then click Copy.

  5. Right-click in the Search Results pane, and then click Paste.

  6. In the Paste Campaign Item dialog box, do the following:

    Use this

    To do this

    Select the Customer for this Campaign Item

    Select the customer from the drop-down list.

    Select the Campaign for this Campaign Item

    Select the direct mail item from the drop-down list.

  7. Click OK.

  8. In the Tree View pane, click the campaign to which you copied the direct mail item, and then click Direct Mail.

  9. A copy of the direct mail item appears in the Search Results pane.
