Peer Caching Server

The BITS peer caching server is the BITS component that responds to requests for content from BITS clients.
The following is a list of all aspects that are part of this managed entity:
In order for a BITS peer caching server to serve cached content to BITS clients, the server must be able to listen for requests from clients and accept the requests.
BITS automatically discovers new peers when a job requests content from a peer and there are not enough peers in the client's peer list. Peers must be in the same subnet and domain as the client and be enabled to serve content to peers.
