Updating with Citrix MetaFrame or Windows Terminal Services

In Citrix MetaFrame and Microsoft Windows Terminal Services (latest version) environments, the user’s meeting client cannot be updated when another user is running the meeting client at the same time. We recommend that all users exit from any running instances of the meeting client.
