Change who receives network reports

Note

You must be a network administrator to complete this procedure.

To change who receives network reports

  1. Open the Windows SBS Console.

  2. On the navigation bar, click Reports. The list view displays the network reports that are scheduled for your server.

  3. In the list view, click the network report for which you want to view or change the properties.

  4. In the tasks pane, click View report properties. The Report Properties page appears.

  5. On the E-mail Options tab, do the following:

    • Choose to e-mail the report to specified recipients when the report runs.

    • In User accounts on the network, change the list of network users who receive a copy of the report in e-mail.

    • In Other e-mail addresses, change the e-mail addresses of users who are outside your network and who you want to receive a copy of the report in e-mail.

Note

If you enter multiple e-mail addresses in Other e-mail addresses, separate each address with a semi-colon.

  1. When you finish changing the list of e-mail recipients, click OK. Your changes are saved automatically.
