History Penalty Tab
Use the Component Properties dialog box, History Penalty tab, to determine how the HistoryPenalty component applies penalties and the range of penalties it applies. You use the HistoryPenalty component to apply penalties to content items based on how recently they have been selected. The HistoryPenalty component ProgID is Commerce.CSFHistoryPenalty.
Penalty values range between zero (0) and one (1).
