Data Warehouse Update Dimension Tool

Use the Data Warehouse Update Dimension tool to migrate the Data Warehouse resource from sites created using Commerce Server 2002 to Commerce Server 2007.

To migrate Data Warehouse resources using DWUpdateDimension.wsf

  1. Open a command prompt and locate the %COMMERCE_SERVER_ROOT%\Upgrade directory.

  2. Run the DWUpdateDimension.wsf script using the following syntax:

    DWUpdateDimension.wsf <name of analysis server> <name of database>

    Both of the shown parameters are required.

    Error messages will be displayed in the console window.
