Network Interfaces

Select the interface that remote access clients will use to access the RRAS server. This is typically the interface connected to the public Internet.

Enable security on the selected interface by setting up static packet filters

If you select this check box, the Routing and Remote Access service is automatically configured with filters that allow only virtual private network (VPN) traffic into the selected network interface. To customize the static filters, see IPv4 - General - Interface - Properties Page - General Tab or IPv6 - General - Interface - Properties Page. For more information about static filters, see Configure Static Packet Filters.
