Configure Outbound Call Routing

Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 will reach end of support on January 9, 2018. To stay supported, you will need to upgrade. For more information, see Resources to help you upgrade your Office 2007 servers and clients.

You should verify that outbound call routing was properly configured in your existing deployment. If not, you should configure it now. If so, you can either add the new Mediation Server to the existing outbound call route or create a new outbound call route that specifies the new Mediation Server as the designated route.
