The following table lists Communicator Web Access error codes related to internal service errors.

The Office Communications Server has provided an invalid message.

The Office Communications Server response has failed to complete within the allowed time.

The Communicator Web Access connection has been lost.

The Communicator Web Access Transport Layer Security (TLS) connection has failed.

The Communicator Web Access authentication module started successfully.

The Communicator Web Access authentication module was unloaded.

AUTH_EVENT_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

The Communicator Web Access authentication module failed initialization during virtual server startup. The virtual server needs to be restarted after the problem has been corrected.

AUTH_EVENT_MULTIPLE_USER_ENTRIES_FOUND

While a Communicator Web Access user was being authorized, multiple user objects for the user were found in Active Directory.

AUTH_EVENT_HOME_SERVER_NOT_FOUND

The home server specified in the Active Directory service for a Communicator Web Access user could not be found.

AUTH_EVENT_BIND_GC

An Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) session has been established between Communicator Web Access and a global catalog server for performing user authorization.

AUTH_EVENT_BIND_DC

An LDAP session has been established between Communicator Web Access and a domain controller for performing user authorization.

AUTH_EVENT_BIND_DISCONNECT

Lost connectivity to an Active Directory server. An LDAP session with the Active Directory server was disconnected. Attempting to locate an available server and reconnect. If a reconnect is successful, a success event log will be posted.

AUTH_EVENT_BIND_GC_FAILURE

An attempt to establish an LDAP session between Communicator Web Access and a global catalog server failed. When a connection is available, a success event will be posted.

AUTH_EVENT_BIND_DC_FAILURE

An attempt to establish an LDAP session between Communicator Web Access and a domain controller failed. When a connection is available, a success event will be posted.

AUTH_EVENT_LOGON_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE

No domain controller could be contacted when performing authentication during user sign-on.

The following table lists Communicator Web Access events that might occur when a user searches for a contact.

Communicator Web Access has established an LDAP session with a global catalog server for performing directory searches.

E_DIRSRCH_BIND_DISCONNECT

Connectivity between Communicator Web Access and a global catalog server was lost. The LDAP session used for Directory Search was disconnected from global catalog server. The session is attempting to locate an available global catalog server and reconnect. If reconnection is successful, a success event will be posted.

E_DIRSRCH_QUEUE_EXCEEDED

A Communicator Web Access Directory Search operation failed because it exceeded the configured maximum number of outstanding searches.

E_DIRSRCH_BIND_FAILURE

A bind between Communicator Web Access and a global catalog server could not be established. When a connection to a global catalog server is available, a successful event will be posted.
