Peer-to-Peer Voice and Video Activity Report

Topic Last Modified: 2009-03-04

The Peer-to-Peer Voice and Video Activity report is a Call Detail Recording (CDR)-based report that shows the activity (that is, the number of calls) and distribution of peer-to-peer calls, including audio-only and audio/video (A/V).

Four graphs are shown, sorting the activity by Enterprise pool, call type (for example, UC-UC, PSTN-UC, and so on), access type (that is, internal, external, or mixed) and Mediation Server.

Filters

You can choose to display the data by number of sessions or total number of call minutes.

You can view the report with a granularity of hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. The number of points to be plotted must be between 2 and 10. If you choose a granularity, and start and end times, that would cause there to be more than 10 points to be plotted, the report will truncate the end time to make it fit within the plot point limit.

Report data can be filtered by the following:

  • Audio-only calls, audio/video calls, or both.
  • Successful calls, failed calls, or both.
