Using the Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Snap-in

The Office Communications Server 2007 R2 snap-in is the primary tool for managing Office Communications Server 2007 R2 and provides integrated support for managing Standard Edition servers and Enterprise pools, including the user accounts of each.

Note

You cannot use the Office Communications Server 2007 R2 snap-in to manage Edge Servers, Proxy Servers, or any server that is not joined to a domain. You can use the Computer Management snap-in extension to manage those computers. For details, see Using the Computer Management Snap-in Extension.
