Citrix scenarios
CCF Integrated desktop can be installed on a Terminal Services on Citrix configuration. In this scenario, Citrix applications in the CCF environment are rendered to the Agent’s desktop through a Citrix plug-in. Hosting Citrix-published application requires the installation of one server-side component per Citrix server, and one client-side component per hosted application. On the server side, an executable file is configured as a startup program that starts whenever the corresponding Citrix-published application starts. The startup program stops as soon as it discovers that the application has not been started from the CCF Citrix client-side component.
