Managing Configurations
The Configurations section of the Admin Console consists of various configuration settings that allow you to:
- Manage Agent Desktops
- Admin Console Web Service
- Agent Credentials
- Contact Center Web Service
- Gateway Web Service
The configuration settings done in this section are updated only when the respective service is restarted. The following topics discuss how to search, create, modify, and delete a configuration:

The Configurations section lists configuration settings of various types such as Listener settings, Provider settings, and URL settings. You must edit the URL settings of the Configurations section, to configure your CCF server for secure connections. For more information, see .
