Importing the Server Certificate on the Client

To import server certificate in the client:

  1. Copy the server certificate to the client machine.

  2. In Internet Explorer, Click Tools > Internet Options.

  3. In the Content tab of the Internet Options screen, click Certificates in the Certificates area.

  4. The Certificates dialog box is displayed.

  6. In the Trusted Root Certification Authorities tab, click Import to display the Certificate Import wizard.

  7. Click Next.

  8. In the File to Import screen, click on Browse and select the server certificate file.

  10. Click Next to view the Certificate Store screen.

  11. Click Next to view the Finish screen.

  12. Click Finish to import the certificate in the client machine.
