Using AzMan to Store Mappings
To Create a Mapping, use the following steps:
In the Admin Console, expand the root node <machineName> in the left-hand tree pane.
Click the Application Mappings Node.
Right-click in the blank area on List View pane and click Mapping Wizard. The Application Mapping Wizard will be displayed.
Click Next.
The Application Mapping Wizard (Step 1 of 3) screen will appear as shown where the administrator can select the hosted application for which mapping must be created.

Select the Application (mandatory field) from the drop-down list and click Next to continue.
The Application Mapping Wizard (Step 2 of 3) screen will be displayed as shown below. The administrator can allow or deny access to this application to available roles.

To grant access to available roles, select one or more roles in the Available list and click the > assignment button. The selected roles will be added to the Selected list.
Click Next to continue.
The Application Mapping Wizard (Step 3 of 3) screen will be displayed as shown. The administrator can map available groups to the each of the roles selected on second step of wizard for selected hosted application.

The Role drop-down list will be filled with the name of select roles on Step 2 of the wizard.
Select a role from the Role drop-down list.
Select one or more groups in the Available list and click the > assignment button. The selected groups will be added to the Selected list.
Click Finish to create application mapping for the hosted applications or select another role from the Role drop-down and repeat the previous step to associate groups to the role.
The administrator can cancel the creation application mapping at any time by clicking Cancel.
