Mapping Applications to the CTI Hosted Control

This section describes how to configure application mapping for the CTI hosted control.

To map an application to the CTI hosted control

  1. In the left pane, expand the root node CCF.
  2. Click Application Mapping.
  3. Right-click the blank area on the List View pane, and then click Mapping Wizard. The Application Mapping Wizard starts.
  4. On the welcome screen, click Next.
  5. Select CTI from the Application drop-down list, and then click Next.
  6. To grant access to user roles, select one or more roles in the Available list box, and then click >Assign (to assign only a selection of roles) or >>Assign (to assign all roles), and then click Next.
  7. The Role drop-down list will show the roles that you selected in step 6. Select a role from the Role drop-down list.
  8. Select one or more groups in the Available list box, and then click the Assign button. The groups that you select will be added to the Selected list box.
  9. Click Finish to create the application mapping for the hosted application.
