Enabling HTTPS for Secure Connections

Agent Desktop and CCF Server interaction is managed by the use of web services. You might want to use secure connections in cases where sensitive customer information is exchanged between the Agent Desktop and CCF server. It is recommended, therefore, that you use secure connections while communicating with the CCF web services.
