Verifying the DCS Extensions Installation

After you complete the DCS Business Logic Extensions for Visual Studio installation procedure, verify that the extensions were installed and configured correctly.

To verify the DCS Extensions installation

  • On computers running Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP, on the Start menu, click ControlPanel, and then click Add or Remove Programs. Confirm that DCS Business Extensions for Visual Studio 2008 SP1 appears in the list of installed programs.
  • On computers running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, on the Start menu, click Control Panel, and then click Programs and Features. Confirm that DCS Business Extensions for Visual Studio 2008 SP1 appears in the list of installed programs.
