Sorting Hosted Applications

CCF supports many ways of displaying the User Interface. One common method of display is to show each application in a tab in a single, unified section of the screen. This section explains how to set the order in which applications will appear in the tabs on the CCF Agent Desktop. Changing the sort order with this procedure will change the order in which the tabs for the open applications appear in the Agent Desktop.

To sort hosted applications:

  1. In the Admin Console, expand the root node *<machineName>*in the left-hand tree pane.

  2. Click the Hosted Applications Node.

  3. Right-click in the blank area on List View pane and click Sort Order…

  4. The Edit Application Sort Order window will be displayed as shown below. To edit the sort order, click on the desired application and click the Up/Down Arrow buttons to move the application one step at a time.
