Creating a New User in Active Directory

In order to add a user to the CCF Admin Console or to configure a user once they are added, the user must be created in the database. This is done through the Active Directory.

To create a new agent in the database, do the following:

  2. Expand the CCF.demo (the domain) node in the left-hand tree pane.

  3. Double-click the Users folder to open it.

  4. In the menu bar, click Action, then New, then User.
