Populate the Run As Profiles

If you are installing the Operations Manager Agent using low-privilege accounts, you will need to populate the Run As profiles that come with the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Pack with the appropriate Run As accounts. For more information, see the Low-Privilege Environments section.
