Test e-mail was not sent as the e-mail address cannot be resolved

A test e-mail message can only be sent if the e-mail addresses specified for the sender and recipient can be resolved.


Check the e-mail configuration settings:

  1. Verify the name and location of the SMTP mail server.

  2. Check that the e-mail addresses specified are valid for the mail server.

  3. Check network status to ensure that the SMTP mail server is available.
