The e-mail address cannot be resolved

A test e-mail message can only be sent if the e-mail addresses specified for the sender and recipient can be resolved.
Check the e-mail configuration settings:
Verify the name and location of the SMTP mail server.
Check that the e-mail addresses specified are valid for the mail server.
Check network status to ensure that the SMTP mail server is available.
If the SMTP mail server is located in the External network, verify that an access rule allowing traffic to the External network is available.
