Registration (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Customer self-service > Sign up.
Use this form to view and process requests from customers. The requests come from the Sign up page in the public Enterprise Portal for Microsoft Dynamics AX site that is defined for your organization.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

The status of the customer request. Different records are displayed according to the filter setting that you select. The following values are used:

Fields

Registration number |
Identification of the registration query that is assigned from the number sequence in the Customer self-service parameters form. |
Created date |
The date and time when the record was created. |
Sign-up status |
The status of the selected customer request. |
User name |
The name that was entered by the customer contact person on the Sign up page. The user name can also be entered directly in the field. |
The email address that was entered by the customer contact person on the Sign up page. The email address can also be entered directly in the field. Note Only one active customer request can exist per email address. |

User alias |
The user identification that was entered by the customer contact person on the Sign up page. The customer contact person can enter their user identification only if the selected Microsoft Dynamics AX authentication method is Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS). If the authentication method is Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) or forms-based, the approver adds a user identification directly in the field. |
Request ID |
The identification number for the user request if one has been created. |
Status |
The status of the user request if one has been created. |
Created |
If this check box is selected, the customer account has been created. |
Customer number |
The identification number of the customer account. The customer account number must be specified when you create a new customer. It can be automatically generated based on the customer account number sequence. |
