(BRA) Set up accountant information for fiscal books [AX 2012]

Before you can generate a monthly Sistema Publico de Escrituração Digital (SPED) fiscal text file, you must specify information for the accountants who are responsible for reporting tax information to tax authorities. An accountant can be responsible for reporting taxes for a legal entity or fiscal establishment. Accountant information is required for SPED fiscal or SPED PIS/COFINS. This topic explains how to set up accountant information by using the Accountants form.

This topic applies only if KB 2839295 and KB 2850595 for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 are installed, if cumulative update 6 or later for AX 2012 R2 is installed, or if AX 2012 R3 is installed.

  1. Click Organization administration > Setup > Brazil > Accountant details.

  2. In the Accountants form, enter the full name of the accountant.

  3. In the CPF field, enter the Cadastro da pessoa fisica, the tax registration number of accountant.

  4. In the CNPJ field, enter the Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica, the tax registration number of the legal entity.

  5. In the CRC field, enter the registration number of the accountant in the Conselho regional de Contabilidade, the Regional accounting Council.

  6. Click Add, and then enter the address for the accountant.

  7. To add another accountant, click New and then repeat steps 2 through 6.
