Modifying a report

In the BHOLD Reporting module of Microsoft® BHOLD Suite Service Pack 1 (SP1), modifying an existing report uses the same wizard that is used to create new reports.

To modify a report

  1. In the BHOLD Reporting portal, expand the category that contains the report that you want to modify.

  2. To the right of the report name, click Modify.

  3. Complete the Manage report wizard. For information about completing each stage of the wizard, see Creating a report elsewhere in this guide

Due to a known issue, the Remove Condition button of the Filter Assistant dialog box does not work as expected. Although the filter expression is cleared from the box, it continues to remain in effect. To remove a filter expression, perform the following procedure:

To remove a filter expression

  1. In the Filters stage of the wizard, click the pencil icon next to the filter expression you want to remove.

  2. In the Filter Assistant dialog box, click Must not match on the left side of the dialog box; do not type a value in the box.

  3. Click Accept Condition.

  4. In the Filters stage of the wizard, click the pencil icon next to the filter expression you want to remove.

  5. In the Filter Assistant dialog box, click Remove Condition.
