Clear-MSMQOutgoingQueue
Purges outgoing queues.

Description
The Clear-MsmqOutgoingQueue cmdlet purges outgoing queues. Specify queues to purge by using MsmqOutgoingQueue objects. This cmdlet returns an MsmqOutgoingQueue object that represents the cleared outgoing queue.
