Maintain loyalty programs in AX 2012 R3 [AX 2012]

After you set up loyalty programs, you can monitor and maintain them and review the activity of your card holders in those programs. By monitoring your loyalty programs, you can continue to offer and enhance promotions or offers that customers are taking advantage of and discontinue programs that customers are not using. You can also manually adjust loyalty cards to accommodate or reward your customers in the following ways:

  • Manually adjust the rewards that your customer’s are receiving

  • Change the loyalty programs that customers are participating in

  • Update customers’ loyalty tier levels

  • Transfer rewards balances from one loyalty card to another
