Run full data sync [AX 2012]

Complete the Run full data sync task in the Online store setup checklist to synchronize initial data from Microsoft Dynamics AX to the channel database for an online channel.

When you create a new online store, you should synchronize data as soon as you have published the channel properties to the online store.

  1. In the checklist, click Run full data sync to open the Channel database form.

  2. Click Full data sync.

  3. In the Select a distribution schedule form, select the distribution schedule that is used to synchronize initial data from Microsoft Dynamics AX to the channel database for an online channel. By default, this distribution schedule is called Full sync, but you may have a custom distribution schedule in your environment.

    Click OK.

  4. A batch form is displayed. You can run the data distribution schedule immediately or as a scheduled batch job. For more information about the options in this form, see Submit a batch processing job from a form.
