Application publishing

Tool for publishing RemoteApps from a Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) running on Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2

The utility enables you to export single or multiple application collections to TSPUB files from RDSH 2012 or Windows Server 2012 R2. The exported file can be used to define a RemoteApps application in Forefront UAG.

Client devices

Windows 8.1

Forefront UAG SP4 supports Windows 8.1 client computers using Internet Explorer 11 and Internet Explorer 11 on the desktop. In addition, SP4 also supports the following:

  • Mail—End users can use the built-in Mail application on Windows 8.1 computers to connect to published Exchange servers.

  • Remote Desktop—Forefront UAG SP4 supports the Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) 8.0 client.
