Microsoft released the Windows 8 Expenses App. This app is compatible only with installations of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 that have the following hotfixes applied:

This hotfix adds expense management features like expense entry delegates, expense category change, and expense workflow history.

3148877

This hotfix supports the following features:

  • Retrieving tax groups at expense line level.

  • Accepting a project and a project line property while attaching an unreconciled expense to the expense report.

3140124

This hotfix addresses the issue where you receive an error after you add unreconciled credit card expenses from two different currencies.

3131230

This hotfix includes a new service SysCustomActionService which would allow adding custom actions supported by the expenses app on the back end.

3077878

This hotfix includes a new AIF service with CRUD operations for expense entry delegates.

  • Modify expense reports to provide details about an expense.
