Yammer is available as a stand-alone product (Yammer Basic or Yammer Enterprise), or as part of Office 365 for professionals and small businesses or SharePoint Online. If you already have an existing Yammer network, you can use it with SharePoint Server 2013 or SharePoint Server 2010, or with your Office 365 or SharePoint Online environment.
