Exchange Client Performance Tool Details

The Exchange Client Performance Analyzer (ECPA) was retired and replaced with the Office 365 Performance Analyzer (OCPA). However, OCPA has also been deprecated.

You can still use the Exchange Analyzer via the Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365. (The SharePoint Analyzer is no longer supported now that OCPA is deprecated.)

To run the Exchange Analyzer tests in Support and Recovery Assistant, go to Advanced Diagnostic > Exchange Online > Check Exchange Online network connectivity > Yes.
