Edit Rewrite Map Page

Use the Edit Rewrite Map page to specify mapping entries for a rewrite map. Each entry contains a mapping of an original value to a new value.

The following tables describe the UI elements that are available in Edit Rewrite Map and in the Actions pane.

 

Element Name Description

Original value

Specifies the original value for mapping entry.

New value

Specifies the new value for mapping entry.

 

Element Name Description

Add Mapping Entry

Opens the Add/Edit Mapping Entry Dialog Box from which you can add a new entry to the rewrite map.

Edit Map Settings

Opens the Edit Rewrite Map Dialog from which you can specify the default value for the rewrite map.

Edit Mapping Entry

Opens the Add/Edit Mapping Entry Dialog Box from which you can edit the values for mapping entry. This action is available only when a rewrite map is selected from the list on the feature page.

Remove

Removes the selected mapping entry. This action is available only when a rewrite map is selected from the list on the feature page.
