This guide provides troubleshooting information for DirectAccess in the Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 operating systems. It is designed to help you identify and resolve problems that are related to DirectAccess.

This guide is intended for use by a network or system administrator and provides information to help you identify and resolve problems quickly. Use this guide for assistance when performing root-cause analysis of incidents and problems with components of a DirectAccess infrastructure.
