Viewing Information in the Operations Manager Console

You can see a high-level view of object types within an hour of deploying the Solaris management pack. You can speed up this process by overriding the discovery of some objects.

A view can contain a lengthy list of objects. To find a specific object or group of objects, you can use the Scope, Search, and Find buttons on the Operations Manager toolbar. The following views are listed in the Linux node within the Unix/Linux Servers node found on the Monitoring pane of the Operations console.
